Role Overview

           Krish Toyota is inviting ambitious and high-potential candidates to join as Management Trainees. This program is designed to groom young professionals into future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to dealership operations including Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, Service, and Administration. Trainees will undergo structured training, mentoring, and on-the-job learning to develop managerial and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotational training across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, HR, etc.).
  • Assist managers in day-to-day operations, reporting, and project execution.
  • Learn dealership processes, customer engagement techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve operational efficiency.
  • Take part in leadership workshops, mentoring sessions, and review meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and improvement suggestions for management review.

  • Demonstrate strong learning agility, adaptability, and leadership potential.
  • Exhibit professionalism, discipline, and commitment throughout the training period.
  • Develop problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-first mindset.
  • Be open to relocation or cross-departmental assignments as per organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 0–3 years of experience in marketing are eligible to apply. Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong academic performance with interest in the automotive/retail industry.
