Location: KR Group of Institutions – Karur & Trichy

Role Overview

            The Head – Administration will be responsible for overseeing and managing all non-academic operations of KR Group of Institutions. The role requires ensuring efficient campus administration, infrastructure management, statutory compliance, staff supervision, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to maintain discipline, optimize resources, and create an environment conducive to academic excellence and student development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee campus facilities, infrastructure, transport, hostel, and security management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to institutional operations.
  • Manage administrative staff, set performance standards, and monitor efficiency.
  • Supervise procurement, vendor management, contracts, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Monitor campus safety, hygiene, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage budgets, cost control measures, and administrative expenditures.
  • Act as the liaison between management, government bodies, and local authorities.
  • Ensure effective grievance redressal and conflict resolution mechanisms for staff and students.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in administration, preferably in educational institutions or large organizations.
  • Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and resource optimization skills.
  • Exposure to digital transformation and automation of administrative processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-campus operations.
