Role Overview

KR Group of Companies is offering opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated Internship Trainees across various departments. This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a platform to learn industry practices. The trainees will contribute to live assignments while developing key professional and technical skills that will support their career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist respective teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) with day-to-day tasks.
• Support project execution, research, documentation, and data analysis.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, meetings, and training workshops.
• Contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to assigned tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, or updates as required by mentors/supervisors.
• Demonstrate initiative in learning and completing assignments on time.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 0–3 years of experience in marketing are eligible to apply. Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or relevant tools
