Role Overview

The Project Manager – IT will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT initiatives across KR Group of Institutions. The role requires managing infrastructure, academic technology systems, ERP platforms, and digital transformation projects to support institutional growth. The incumbent will collaborate with academic leaders, administrative staff, and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Oversee implementation of ERP systems, LMS platforms, and digital tools for academics and administration.
• Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, security systems, and data centers.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
• Conduct training and support sessions for staff and faculty to ensure smooth adoption of IT solutions.

• Act as the bridge between technical team and client.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, leadership, and accountability in project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
