Dr. Mohan Parthasarathy is a seasoned Human Resources leader and our proud alumnus with over two decades of experience in shaping organizational cultures and driving people-centric strategies. Currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at KR Groups, He plays a pivotal role in aligning human capital with the organization’s strategic objectives. He also holds a Doctorate in Management, specializing in Human Resources, from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He is a certified Happiness Life Coach, reflecting his commitment to fostering positive workplace environments. Throughout his career, Dr. Mohan Parthasarathy has been instrumental in implementing innovative HR practices that enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational performance. His expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, and creating inclusive workplaces. His contributions to the HR field have been widely recognized and got him several award including Top 100 Young HR Leaders in 2021, HR Excellence Award in 2022, Emerging HR Leader of the year 2022 and HR Innovators award in 2024.
